Committed to Customer Service: Learning from Fresno Fire Department

At the Security and Emergency Response Training Center (SERTC) our commitment to customer service carries through in every training interaction, every question we answer in the classroom, and to every new course we’ve developed in 38 years.

Since the launch of SERTC’s new Alternative Fuels and Flammable Incident Response and Management (AFFIRM) course, we’ve been learning with our students, and expanding on flammable liquids emergency response course content to include alternative fuels and electric vehicle (EV) emergency response.

We believe that actions speak louder than words. We’ve recently been humbled and inspired by feedback from our customers, and we’d like to share some of that with the community. Thank you to Fresno Fire Department for spending some of your valuable time with us. We’ll let them speak for themselves on the experience:

Whether your team is looking to tailor a contract course to the local conditions, or attend one of our resident courses with full-scale, fully immersive training scenarios, SERTC is at your service. Contact us to learn more: https://sertc.org/our-community/connect/
