Dawn joined the organization in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant, providing support to Corporate Research, senior leadership, and multiple Vice Presidents, while also supporting the Security & Emergency Response Training Center (SERTC). In 2011, she transitioned to a full-time role with SERTC as an Administrative Specialist.
Since then, Dawn has advanced through a series of increasingly responsible administrative and management roles, contributing to the growth and operational effectiveness of SERTC. In 2019, she was promoted to her current position as SERTC Administration Manager, where she leads and oversees the SERTC administrative staff.
