SERTC is a division of MxV Rail with considerable expertise in rail and highway surface transportation emergency response training at or above the hazardous materials technician level. Located near the foot of the Rocky Mountain Front Range in Pueblo, Colorado, since 1985, SERTC has been training first responders, emergency managers, community leaders, and other emergency-related personnel by offering advanced response training and exercises in prevention, containment, and mitigation of surface transportation events.
“I simply wanted to state that the impact you and the staff at SERTC have, goes far beyond the curriculum that you are teaching. You guys have the power to inspire your students to bigger and greater things and you do this in a very profound manner. You and your staff showed me something that was missing, and this was the opportunity to share knowledge and lessons learned. You told me at our last departure to let you know if there is anything you could ever do for me. Truth is that at the time I never realized just how much you already did!”
