The Flammable Liquids Emergency Rail Response (FLE-RR) course is an “All Hazards” approach to crude oil and class 3 flammable transported by rail. This program addresses the chemical properties and potential hazards of class 3 flammable liquids, environmental impacts, the process of chemical monitoring at incidents; as well as mitigation planning and response procedures for spills and fires. Participants will learn to plan and work effectively with members of the railroad industry, emergency response organizations, vendors and service providers, and community stakeholders.
