Step 1: Register

Register for a class by either clicking on desired course link below; or, by scrolling through the calendar at the bottom of this page and selecting a class date to register for. Before logging into your existing account or registering for a new one, you will need to select the class date under Event Variation.

• PER-290 Tank Car Specialist (TCS)
• PER-291 Highway Emergency Response Specialist (HERS)
• PER-292 Leadership & Management of Surface Transportation Incidents (LMSTI)
• PER-293 HazMat/WMD Technician for Surface Transportation (HWMDTST)

Please note that all tuition and travel expenses are your responsibility. Tuition fees apply when registering for your course. You can pay by credit card immediately or select Pay Later if you are providing us with a Purchase Order, or if tuition will be paid via check.

Step 2: Confirmation
