Tim joined Team SERTC as an Instructor in 2014, after retiring as a Battalion Captain with Lexington County, in South Carolina, following 24 years of experience in emergency management, emergency planning, response, and national incident preparedness with a specialty in Hazardous materials. Throughout his time with SERTC, and his many years experience as a first responder, his hands-on knowledge contributes towards the total student experience during his classroom and field instruction.
